As a Software tester (software test engineer) I should be capable of designing test suites and should have the ability to understand usability issues .A software tester needs to have great communication skills so that we can interact with the development team efficiently. talking about my roles and responsibilities in Creaxt as a software tester is as follows:
I am responsible for designing testing scenarios for usability testing. I am responsible for conducting the testing, analyzing the results, and then submitting observations to the development team.sometimes I have to interact with the clients to better understand the product requirements or in case the design requires any kind of modifications.
I am also responsible for creating test-product documentation and also has to participate in testing-related walk-throughs. I know what are various phases of software testing are and how testing should be carried out in each phase. My responsibilities of as a software tester include:
Creation of test designs, test processes, test cases, and test data. Carry out testing as per the defined procedures. Participate in walkthroughs of testing procedures. Prepare all reports related to software testing carried out.
Ensure that all tested-related work is carried out as per the defined standards and procedures. rather than this, I am also part of API testing, Database testing, and Automation Testing.
